As I was walking from the great street of parking spots by the Boston Common, I noticed a large gathering in the grass right in front of the State House. I was intrigued yet confused. The signs I noticed at first glance involved many topics, ranging from anti-Musk posters to America runs on science Dunkin’ Donuts puns. Asking around was less helpful, as people were giving me wildly different answers. Some of the causes are worthwhile regardless, such as the poster in the second-to-last picture about poor communities being affected first by climate change and other natural disasters. Everyone was very nice and cordial. I walked around and ate a chocolate croissant from Folio peacefully, so no complaints. This was a perfect example of a peaceful protest gone right.
